This template drops in the current date for an "as of" statement, noting that the information provided may not be correct and inviting the user to edit the page to fix it.

Explicit parameters

A explicit date parameter can be passed to format the date in whatever format is desired. Please see {{Date}} for more information on allowable formatting.

Implicit parameters

An initial implicit parameter of either the word start or a period may be added to have this section start or end a sentence.
