This template exists to provide a simple way of providing a link from an article on a [[Member of Parliament]] in the [[House of Commons of the United Kingdom]] to their index page on the Hansard 1803–2005 website at http://hansard.millbanksystems.com/, a website built from the data of the Hansard Digitisation project.<br />
