List of features which need to be added in the new class file
- Should be able to put line numbers even in frontmatter area. Currently linenumbers cannot be put in frontmatter in elsarticle.cls, but possible in article.cls.
- Check whether ID/IDREF links are pointing to element of corresponding type. For example that footnoteref points to footnote.
