This note, and all of the text below, is in a set of noinclude tags, please do not change that if editing the template.

Description

This template allows the quick citing of a historical reference using the copy of The Encyclopedia of World History Sixth Edition available for free online at Bartleby.com

Usage

It uses two parameters:

  • section – the section being used in the citation, this can be seen between the books number 67/ and the .html in the URL of the page you wish to cite. For example, if I wished to cite http://www.bartleby.com/67/716.html, the section is 716. If no section is included, the template uses index which leads to the Bartleby index page for this book.
  • quote – What do you want the first part of the included text to read. The default is Citation.
