Parameters

width –	The width the table needs to be in % (default is 40)
no1 –	The number of headers required for the left team
no2 –	The number of headers required for the right team
bg1 –	The background color that indicates the left team won
bg2 –	The background color that indicates the right team won
Team 1 Header 1 –	The team captain/regular who was the first on the left team (use Team 1 Header 2 for the second and so on up to 4 if needed)
Team 2 Header 1 –	The team captain/regular who was the first on the right team (use Team 2 Header 2 for the second and so on up to 4 if needed)
sDraw –	The number of times a series has resulted in a draw
sTeam1 –	The number of times a series has been won by the left team
sTeam2 –	The number of times a series has been won by the right team
sTeam1.1 –	If there has been more than one captain on the left team use this to display the number of series won by the first regular (sTeam1.2 for the second and so on up to 4 if needed)
sTeam2.1 –	If there has been more than one captain on the right team use this to display the number of series won by the first regular (sTeam1.2 for the second and so on up to 4 if needed)
eDraw –	The number of episodes that have ended as a draw
eTeam1 –	The number of times an episode has been won by the left team
eTeam2 –	The number of times an episode has been won by the right team
eTeam1.1 –	If there has been more than one captain on the left team use this to display the number of episodes won by the first regular (eTeam1.2 for the second and so on up to 4 if needed)
eTeam2.1 –	If there has been more than one captain on the right team use this to display the number of episodes won by the first regular (eTeam2.2 for the second and so on up to 4 if needed)
