Usage

Parameters (example {{Cat topic year|List of |1850| things|5}} shown at right):
- 1 - The prefix which appears before the year in the category name, including trailing space if any
- 2 - The primary year for the center element of the links (default=2024)
- 3 - The suffix which appears after the year in the category name, including leading space if any
- 4 - The number of years between each entry, default 1
