Usage

First parameter is the driver's id as it appears in the RacingReference.net url, e.g. Mario_Andretti in http://www.racing-reference.info/driver/Mario_Andretti. E.g. {{Racing-Reference driver|Mario_Andretti}}

Second parameter is the driver's name as it should appear in the visible text of the link, e.g. "Mike Wallace" from the article Mike Wallace (racing driver). It defaults to the article title if not supplied. E.g. {{Racing-Reference driver|Mike_Wallace|Mike Wallace}}—which will suppress the " (racing driver)" part of the article name.
