Guidelines

This will create an external link to the statistics for a basketball player.

Usage

This template takes up to four parameters:

• nba, for active National Basketball Association (NBA) players, the player's name as it appears after http://www.nba.com/playerfile/ in its NBA.com player page url
• nba_historical, for former NBA player, the player's name as it appears after http://www.nba.com/historical/playerfile/index.html?player= in its NBA.com player page url
• bbr, for NBA or original American Basketball Association players, the id as it appears after http://www.basketball-reference.com/players/ and before .html in its Basketball-Reference.com player page url
• dleague for NBA D-League players, the player's name as it appears after http://www.nba.com/dleague/playerfile/ and before /index.html in its NBA.com/dleague player page url

Active NBA player Kobe Bryant:
